Supposed to be the filthy fifties, but there was no way I was doing that so it was the terrible twenties instead. Tough stuff, felt like puking at the end.

i should've quited when i was ahead, when i was doing knees to elbow i knew after the firs 10 that i wouldn't be able to do 50, well i did all 50 but i paid the price, took me a long time to do them and they drain me out for the rest of the work out.
correction my time for the filthy fifties was 53'54"
5K was 27'12"
Scaled "Filthy Fifty" down to "Terrible Twenty Five's". Burpees always a killer!
