225 Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Handstand push-ups
15 Pull-ups
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps

Major modify today for me, my hamstrings are still killer from "Grace" so here it is:

4 rounds of:
10 - Deadlifts (50 lbs)
10 - Pushups (legs up on fitness ball)
10 - Pull ups (modified, feet down)
10 - Push press (only 2 rounds; 30 lbs)

10 135lb Deadlift
15 feet elevated on balance ball push ups.
10 Modified pullups (1st round jumping pull ups, following rounds feet in front at squat rack)
10 Thrusters 1st round 65lb following rounds 45lb.

"visualization": That didn't work for me i vizualized getting this done in 20 minutes. Maybe i vizualized it 3 times.
