WTF!
Major modify today for me, my hamstrings are still killer from "Grace" so here it is:4 rounds of: 10 - Deadlifts (50 lbs) 10 - Pushups (legs up on fitness ball) 10 - Pull ups (modified, feet down) 10 - Push press (only 2 rounds; 30 lbs) 19:00 (est)
