Thruster
21 @ 35 pounds
15 @ 35 pounds
9 @ 45 pounds
Pull-ups (still modified feet on ground)
*Really felt like I could do more weight but my knees are still bothering me.

Decided to do the CrossFit kids WOD as a warmup instead of my usual run:
3 rounds
50 Single Unders (150 total)
15 Hang Power Snatches, 45# (45 total)
15 Push ups (45 total)
