4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

3 pull ups (real ones!)
5 chair dips
8 push ups with feet elevated on balance ball.
8 40 lb dumbell swings

8 60 lb bumbell swing


5 rounds in 20 mins.
I was dripping sweet and can bearly breath, if this WOD hadn't been to honor a fallen hero, i would have quited after the third round.

6 sets:
used regular muscle up subs (3pu/5dps)

did headstand pushups against a van for stability.

used 35 lb plate for swing.
