this was hard2 (3pu/5dips)4 115 lb (push press)8 60 lb bumbell swing5 rounds in 20 mins.I was dripping sweet and can bearly breath, if this WOD hadn't been to honor a fallen hero, i would have quited after the third round.
6 sets: used regular muscle up subs (3pu/5dps) did headstand pushups against a van for stability. used 35 lb plate for swing.
