Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

If I am going to be doing Body Weight Bench press then I have a LOT of weight to lose before I am ever going to be able to lift my own weight! ;)

i'm so excited to see you guys back. this is one of my favorite WODs (includes benching) i did better that i expected.

i don't have the per round reps i lost the paper but i have totals reps for Ricky and myself.

Dennys --> 120 total reps
Ricky --> 105 total reps
