If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
Compare to 080103.
I ended up doing the Pack scaling:60 pull ups60 chair dips. 13:54
I can only do one at a time and was only able to do 4 couldn't do the 5th one even after a long brake.
